My first attempt at cooking pasta wasn't very successful. I attempted to add to much flower to my eggs too quickly. After watching a youtube video I found a technique that resulted in more success. I have to say though, making pasta is very time consuming and the pay off seems very minimal. Though there is something incredibly romantic about it. Definitely worth doing from time to time.
One thing that is definitely worthwhile is growing herbs. I have been developing a herb garden and have come to the conclusion that one cannot have too much basil. Basil and freshly grated Parmesan are the perfect finish touch to almost any recipe.
I will try to start blogging again documenting my gardening and cooking adventures.
